UNDP Timor-Leste is inviting proposals from eligible youth-led organizations to implement the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 under the Pro PALOP | TL Project co-funded by EU. The project supports Timor-Leste's digital transformation by promoting digital financial literacy through community outreach, public awareness, and communication campaigns. ⏰Application deadline: 17 August 2026 at 6:00 PM (Dili Time)

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐣𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐅) provides financial support to international students who are enrolled in or will enroll in 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬. 𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒 🎓 Master’s & PhD Students: Support for students pursuing Master’s or Doctoral degrees in Japanese graduate schools. 🌎 Open to International Students: Applicants must be non-Japanese citizens. All nationalities are welcome to apply. 📚 All Academic Disciplines: The scholarship is available for all fields of study. 💴 Monthly Stipend: A stipend is provided according to the degree and study period, up to ¥230,000 per month. ✈️ Conference Support: Financial support is available for international conference participation, subject to the Foundation’s rules. 📝 Direct Application: Applicants apply directly to the Honjo International Scholarship Foundation.
